Refund policy
We want refunds to be fair and predictable. Here's exactly when you can get your money back — please read it before you buy.

1Instant refund — verified technical issues
InstantWe'll refund you straight away when all of the following are true:
- Your eSIM fails to install because of a verified technical error, or a supported carrier causes a network signal failure, and
- the eSIM has not been activated and has no data usage.
Once our technical team verifies the issue, your refund is processed without delay.
2Activated or used eSIMs — non-refundable
Non-refundableAny eSIM that has been activated, partially used, or has recorded any data usage can't be refunded, even if the usage is tiny. This includes top-ups once they've been added to an eSIM.
As soon as an eSIM connects to a network, it counts as delivered and used.
3Unused eSIMs — 30-day refund window
30 daysBought an eSIM but never activated it? You can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. Requests made after 30 days can't be approved.
4Carrier & network availability
Refunds don't apply when service is disrupted by:
- Country-wide network shutdowns
- Temporary carrier outages
- Local regulations affecting eSIM connectivity
In these cases, service resumes automatically as soon as the carrier network is available again.
5Vodafone & O2 plans — supported countries only
Plans that run on the Vodafone or O2 networks only work in their officially supported countries. Check the coverage list on your plan before you travel. If one of these eSIMs is used outside its supported countries:
- the eSIM will be disabled automatically, and
- no refund will be issued.
6Voice & SMS plans
Non-refundableAny plan that includes voice and/or SMS is non-refundable, whether or not it has been activated or used.
How we decide. We decide refund eligibility using network logs, activation status and carrier data, so every request is judged objectively and consistently.
How to request a refund
Email support@globbi.example with your order number (it starts with GLB-) or your eSIM's ICCID, and tell us what happened. If you had trouble installing, a screenshot of the error helps us verify it faster.
