How do I top up my eSIM?
Find your eSIM (from your saved eSIMs or by its ICCID), choose how much data you need, and pay. The data is added to the same eSIM, so there is nothing to install.
Do I need to reinstall my eSIM or scan a new QR code?
No. A top-up adds data to the eSIM that is already on your phone. Just keep the eSIM installed and switched on.
Can I top up while I am abroad?
Yes, you can top up from anywhere. If your data has already run out, connect to Wi-Fi to buy your top-up.
Where do I find my ICCID?
In My eSIMs on this site, or in your phone settings: on iPhone go to Settings, General, About; on Android look under Settings, About phone, SIM status.
Can I top up an eSIM from another provider?
No. Top-ups only work on our own eSIMs. For a new trip, buy a local, regional or global eSIM instead.
How much does a top-up cost?
Top-ups cost the same as the matching plan for that destination, and you see the full price before you pay.
